Equipment
- Our apartments accommodate 1-8 people and contain:
- one or two double bedrooms (depending on apartment size)
- one or two bathrooms
- a living room with sleeping possibility
- a fully-equipped kitchen
- and a balcony or direct access to the garden.
All apartments are renovated in a rotatin cyclus and are fully equipped. The sofa beds in the living rooms are made by the Austrian company Sedda and guarantee excellent sleeping comfort. The equipment of our hotel is of a high quality; we prefer real wood and granite to cheap material and it is of utmost importance to us that the rooms get as much daylight as possible.
Prices
The prices depend a lot on the duration of your stay, the time of year of your visit and the number of people occupying the apartment. Also if you travel with children, please let us know their age for the price calculation.
The cleaning of the apartments as well as the final cleaning are included in the price.
An example:
2 adults and 2 children (6 and 8 years old) book from the 10th to the 17th of June 2017 The price is € 100. for the apartment per day.
If the same family were to book …
- from 15th of August to the 22nd of August, the price would be at
€ 120,- per day - from 8th to the 14th of December:
€ 240,- per day - from 26th of December to 2nd of January:
€ 300,- per day
Regular guests get special conditions. Please contact us for your individual price.
Arrivals and departires:
We try our best to have the rooms, apartment ready at h. 12.00 for our arrivals, for that we do ask our departing guest to leave the rooms-apartment latest at h. 11.00h.

Since the partition of the apartments varies a lot, we have provided the ground-plans for you to look at and get an idea of what you like. There are also various options for big families or tourist parties to occupy all apartments on the same floor.
